The Transitions program enables incoming graduate, transfer, and Achieve Atlanta students to:
- Network with peers
- Learn about opportunities for engagement with OMED and it's various initiatives
- Learn about important success resources on campus
- Hear from current URM graduate, transfer, and Achieve Atlanta student experiences and ways to get involved with the Georgia Tech Campus Community
When I transferred to Georgia Tech, the assistant director of the Edge program greeted me and instantly made me feel like home. She paired me with Sergio Sandoval, who became my OMED mentor and best friend at Tech. Sergio always supported and helped me along the journey and I graduated with highest honors as an aerospace engineer.
