Mini World Cup

As part of a series of events to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month on campus, the Office of Hispanic Initiatives partners with the Georgia Tech Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers to organize the Mini World Cup each year.

During the tournament, inspired by the FIFA World Cup, students – along with several faculty and staff members – play on teams that represent different countries across the world for the chance to be crowned the champions of Georgia Tech's Mini World Cup.

On behalf of the Office of Hispanic Initiatives and GT-SHPE, we would like to thank this year’s teams for their participation in the Mini World Cup. We hope all of the teams enjoyed the spirit of competition and camaraderie on the pitch!

Meet This Year's Sponsor

Events like this are not possible without the generous support of corporate sponsors. This year’s sponsor, Capital One, was unable to attend the event in person but wanted to express their congratulations to this year’s teams!
