Pearl is a visionary leader who has navigated a progressive 34-year career catalyzing transformations in culture and organizational leadership practices. She leads learning curricular innovations, professional development, and engagement experiences designed to build and nurture global leadership capacity and model inclusive excellence.

Michelle Robinson
Michelle is a seasoned higher education administrator. Michelle comes to IDEI from the Georgia Tech Research Institute where she managed the day-to-day functions of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Unit over the last year. Prior to joining GTRI, she served as an Academic Program Manager, providing project management and day-to-day operations for the Scheller College, Executive MBA program. As our Assistant Director, Michelle will provide administrative leadership excellence, project management for special initiatives related to DEI engagement and be a key collaborator supporting the ongoing excellence of our leadership development programs.

Wendy Yu
Wendy is a scholar-practitioner with over 5 years of experience in developing high-impact campus engagement programs and leadership training curricula. She specializes in guiding people with marginalized identities to recognize and employ their cultural capital, as well as working with campus leaders to build competencies for inclusive leadership.

Amanda Jomaa
Amanda currently serves as a Senior Project Support Specialist for Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Georgia Tech. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Hospitality Administration. Amanda has been involved with the Leading Women@Tech program since its inception in 2016.
