Sharon is a strategic people-and culture-focused leader experienced in facilitating connections, relationships, and inclusive talent development solutions for the diverse people, teams, and organizations she has served. The passion and heartbeat of Sharon’s work is building community and coaching people to help them uncover and leverage their unique strengths for individual, team, and organizational growth and transformation.
Wendy is a scholar-practitioner with over 5 years of experience in developing high-impact campus engagement programs and leadership training curricula. She specializes in guiding people with marginalized identities to recognize and employ their cultural capital, as well as working with campus leaders to build competencies for inclusive leadership.
Amanda currently serves as a Senior Project Support Specialist for Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Georgia Tech. She is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Hospitality Administration. Amanda has been involved with the Leading Women@Tech program since its inception in 2016.
