Leadership Development

We provide a self-guided professional development experience to leaders who proactively want to build self-awareness, improve personal power, and increase their global leadership capacity. We also provide one-on-one and team coaching.

Leading Women@Tech

Creates personal empowerment opportunities for women leaders and builds a community of women who will advance a culture of inclusive excellence.

Leadership Coaching

Professionally trained or certified coaches will work one-on-one with executives and senior or emerging leaders who have completed the Inclusive Leaders Academy or Leading Women@Tech Certificate Programs or content areas.

Diversity Storytelling

Transformative Narratives is a curated collection of visual, oral, and written personal stories, designed to empower all members of the Georgia Tech community to courageously and creatively engage with issues of diversity and inclusion as both storytellers and story listeners. 

DEI Strategy Development, Coaching, and Mentoring

We work alongside Institute leadership to provide support for the ongoing work of visioning, innovating, and strategic engagement with the DEI Plan.

Employee Resource Groups

Georgia Tech Human Resources Office of Employee Engagement manages several Employee Resource Groups designed to help faculty and staff foster inclusivity and build community, based on shared characteristics or life experiences. For more information about the ERGs, contact the Office of Employee Engagement.
