In recent years, millennials have increased their political engagement. Today, they make up one of the largest voting blocs in the nation.
 
Georgia Tech’s 2020 Black History Month Lecture, themed “IMPACT: Identifying My Perspective and Acting Consciously Today,” will feature Andrew Gillum, former mayor of Tallahassee, Florida. Gillum will discuss the impact of the millennial vote on previous elections, and their potential impact on the 2020 election.

The lecture is free and open to the Georgia Tech community.
